The graphics configuration file is located at:

Technical Issues

My game won’t connect, what should I do?

If the message "Not connected" appears in red in the main menu, it may be due to your antivirus or firewall blocking the connection. A Steam connection is required to fully enjoy the experience, including multiplayer and achievement validation. Check the following:
- Ensure your antivirus or firewall allows the game to connect.
- Verify your internet connection.
- Restart Steam and relaunch the game.

How do I fix a "LowLevelFatalError" error?

This is a generic local error. Here are several possible solutions to fix it. Try them step by step:
1 - Verify the integrity of the game files via Steam.
2 - In GeForce Experience, disable the “Automatically optimize newly added games and applications” option.
3 - Update your graphics drivers.
4 - Delete the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\MY_GAME, except for the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\MY_GAME\Saved\SaveGames subfolder to keep your save files.
5 - Add the launch option -d3d11 or -dx11 in Steam.
6 - Adjust RAM and VRAM settings if necessary (refer to your system documentation).
